Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing RareVaulto. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders are handled for upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products and collectibles. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

What Is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming product before its official release or before it becomes available for general sale.

Pre-ordering helps ensure you have the opportunity to purchase highly anticipated products that may have limited availability.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Your order will be processed after successful payment authorization.

Estimated Release Dates

Release dates displayed on our website are provided by manufacturers or distributors and are estimates only.

These dates may change due to:

  • Manufacturer production delays

  • Distribution delays

  • Shipping disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

RareVaulto is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or manufacturers.

Shipping of Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as inventory is received and processed.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after stock arrives at our warehouse.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock products, your entire order may be held until all items are available.

If split shipping is offered for your order, additional shipping charges may apply unless otherwise stated.

Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner are encouraged to place separate orders.

Product Availability

Submitting a pre-order reserves your place in our inventory allocation but does not guarantee availability in cases beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Manufacturer allocation reductions

  • Supplier shortages

  • Product cancellations

  • Distribution issues

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund for the unavailable item(s).

Price Changes

The price paid at the time of your pre-order will generally be honored.

However, if a pricing error has occurred due to a technical or administrative mistake, RareVaulto reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been prepared for shipment.

Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Release Day Expectations

Due to high demand for many Pokémon releases, shipping on or shortly after the official release date cannot be guaranteed.

Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to available inventory.

Manufacturer Changes

Manufacturers may change:

  • Product contents

  • Promotional items

  • Packaging

  • Release dates

  • Product specifications

RareVaulto is not responsible for manufacturer changes that occur after a pre-order has been placed.

Limitation of Liability

RareVaulto is not liable for losses or damages resulting from:

  • Manufacturer delays

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Allocation reductions

  • Product cancellations by suppliers

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected pre-order unless otherwise required by applicable law.
